Returns

~ Handmade jewelry (silver, brass, and gold plated items) are eligible for refunds or exchange upon return request.

~ All vintage jewelry and home goods are non eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 14 days of delivery, and are subject to approval.

Please reach out to sup@swuar.com to initiate an exchange or return request. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
